IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU REGISTER: At the end of the registration process, the software company, (Active Networks) will offer you an insurance membership. At The Top Camps does not recommend you choose that option, and has no connection with that program.

Rain Policy — During inclement weather call (609) 225-4997 after 7:30 A.M. for instructions and check the web site WEATHER page. We normally will move the camp to Friday. If rain occurs during camp, 90 minutes of camp constitutes a full day. Four days of camp are guaranteed, or a credit will be given to future camps; no refunds.

Refunds and Cancellations — Only credits until the next camp will be offered for all cancellations. Tuition refunds, less a $35.00 administrative charge, will be made for medical reasons only. A written request with a physician’s letter of explanation is necessary to process the refund. Refunds will not be issued after one week before the start of the first camp week for non-medical reasons. In case of illness or injury during camp week, only prorated credit for future camps will be given.
